Starting off the 1st quarter 2021 with some promising news is the sale of 2001 N. Beauregard Street. The fully leased office building in the Mark Center was sold by G8 Capital to The Aztec Fund for $71,690,000. ($298.78 psf) according to Lincoln Property Company’s Northern Virginia Market Report. The Seller was represented by Newmark. We certainly welcome the new owners to Mark Center and look forward to working with their property management team.

Mark Center’s appeal is its strategic location with close access to downtown Washington DC, Reagan National Airport, Pentagon, Alexandria and Arlington as well as the growing Amazon HQ2 Campus and Virginia Tech Tech’s Innovation Campus a few miles away.
